What was the highlight of SANA Executive Hotel
If you get to Lisbon stay in Sana Executive hotel.
It was one of my most comfortable trips concerning accommodation - perfect location, hospitable staff and delicious and diverse breakfast.In addition some beautiful gardens and gorgeous C.GOULBENKIAN MUSEUM are quite close by. I will stay in Sana Executive again in the future.
May be carpets could be changed, on the other hand furniture is very comfortable and attractive.

A great place to book for business trip. Useful tip: pay in advance to have a discount.
Great location, friendly staff, quick responses to all customer's requests (i had a small technical problem in my room in the mid of my stay, and it has been solved immediately). Good choice if you are in Lisbon to visit the University (you'll have a direct transportation link). Nice neighborhood (pay attention to the ethnic restaurants and a book store which specializes in architecture, just nearby). Highly recommend, particularly if you travel along (the room is not very spacious, but you'll have everything you need to feel comfortable).

Good hotel with easy links down to town
Very quiet location. Easy transport links to the port. Very comfortable big bed. Large room. Bathroom adequate if on the small side. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Dirt and stains on the carpet. No gym.

What was the highlight of SANA Executive Hotel
Good location with secure parking
Staff at reception are very polite and professional, helped with all queries straight away. Parking is available at the hotel which is a good bonus in Lisbon. However be aware it's limited in spaces and VERY NARROW underground parking, with a spiral drive going down to -3 floor. If you have a larger vehicle or not confident driving in tight and steep places be prepared. Location was good for the price.
Shower hose in our room was leaking and making a lot of noise when in use. No kettle, tea/coffee in the room which is unusual for a chain hotel at this price point. City tax was charged separately on the check out (2 euro per person), surely it can be added to booking process to avoid unnecessary hassle when checking out.
